SHEKINAH Children’s Home

Located east of Accra, Shekinah Children’s Home was the first project Feed the Generations started. Today it has a fully functioning garden/farm that produces for the children and staff living at the home. The children can often be seen maintaining, growing, and harvesting on the farmland. We are incredibly grateful to The Light Outreach and Mama Ellen for their dedication to the children of Ghana as well as their continued partnership with Feed the Generations!

Feed the generations’ Aveyime Community Farm

At our dedicated farmland in the community of Aveyime, we are continuing to grow our “base camp” farm. This has numerous important utilizations for FTG:

• Crops for donation and fundraising

• Growing seedlings to transplant at other projects

• Community trainings

• Community partnerships/employment
